While most of our clients rent space by the year we do rent offices by the hour, day, week, or month, etc. Occupants have 24/7 access to the building and their private space.
Office rental includes all of the services of our "Corporate/Business Identity program", plus your unique telephone number, and if desired, you may also have your own fax number. We provide personalized telephone / messaging service, calls announced to your office, home phone, or cell phone. When you are not available, or after hours, calls are sent to your personal voice mail, accessible from any phone at any time. You have control of your voice mail, including setting it to notify you when you have a new message.
Your office includes desk, chairs, various types of office furniture as needed, full featured intercom phone plus free coffee and tea for you and your clients.
Additional available services include, but are not limited to management of your "800 number" service, administrative support services, invoicing services, limited banking services, high speed "wired" or "encrypted wireless" internet connections, and assistance with your computer and networking needs.
